The Politics of Dining

For some reason at Otto's the separate the toppings on the pizza. This was the first time I've seen that.

They do the same thing in Italy. Very traditional.

I figured as much given that Otto is run by Mario because all about the traditional Italian practices, but I like my toppings mixed on the pie.
